What is the truth?

Anytime we proclaim truth through verbal means, we are raising moral and ethical truth issues and not existential truth. Words are like any symbol that helps us to identify the pathway to the truth ‘they are not truth themselves’. When thinking from an existential perspective, truth is not in the words we speak rather it is the life we live. The nature of truth is such that it is all-inclusive and does not sideline or discriminate. Ethically based truth has boundaries and anything that has a boundary has an end to it. Existential truth has no beginning or end to it that is known to man.Whether you believe in God, Sanskrit, Buddha, Muhammad or you don’t, whether you know the truth or you don’t, when the sun rises, it shines on everyone regardless of our truth or untruth. It’s not in words that you and I can express the truth because the truth is absolute. It is either you are in touch with it or you are not. Existential truth which we all clamor for through religion, is not engraved in our actions or the words we speak. Anytime you claim to know the existential truth, you automatically set limits and therefore creating an impression that ‘no one else knows the truth but yourself’. Existential truth unlike ethically based truth can only be transmitted and not taught.
